Agastache aurantiaca Coronado, commonly called Hummingbird Mint, is renowned for its unique silver-green foliage and bright color saturated vertical spikes of tubular orange-red flower blossoms whorled in mass. Celebrated as a 2009 Plant Select winner, this drought resistant perennial plant is a fabulous pollinator attractant and will be a buffet for hummingbirds, butterflies and bumble bees. Plants grow to 24" inches and feature a very vertical growth habit. Expect blooms from mid-summer through the first frost of fall. Leave standing through winter and cut back to new green foliage in early spring for hardy perennial production.
