Anaheim Chili Pepper is a popular heirloom variety dating back to 1913 that is appreciated for its mild flavor in salsa, spicy sauces and is delicious as a stuffing pepper. Also known as New Mexico No. 9, this pepper was developed by Dr. Fabian Garcia at New Mexico State University. Anaheim peppers are excellent for canning, freezing and hold their flavor when dried. Expect sturdy 24" to 30" inch plants that produce 6" to 7" inch fruits with medium thick walls that ripen from dark green to red. 75 days. Packet: 25 seeds
