Bulldog Collards F1 hybrid is a uniform, early, blue-green collard with slightly savoyed wavy leaves. Excellent for bunching, this variety is high yielding and heat tolerant. An improved Georgia type, Bulldog Collards are among the most popular variety to grow for fresh market producers and home gardeners. This "cut & come again" variety allows early picking of the leaves for an extended harvest period. You can grow collards to harvest by the "cut & come again" method or succession plant seeds in order to harvest the entire plant throughout the season. Bulldog Collards are slow to bolt, rapid growers and disease resistant. Plan for spring and fall crops in most regions and expect a full winter harvest in the deep south and west. 71 days. Packet: 100 seeds.
