Delphinium belladonna Connecticut Yankee Mix is a celebrated All American Selection winner. Produces charming 24" to 36" inch flower spires that feature well spaced single and fully double impressive 2" inch flower blossoms. The mix includes dark blue, light blue, lavender, light rose and white. Well suited for cut flower production or home cutting gardens as a back-of-the-bed border feature in a sun to part shade location. This variety is notably re-blooming once initially harvested and does not require staking. Yankee Mix prefers cold weather and can be started via direct sowing outside as soon as the soil can be worked in the spring. This deer and rabbit resistant perennial is hardy down to zone 3.
