Details

Evergreen Hardy White Onion is a bunching variety, also known as a scallion or Nebuka, which means "non-bulbing." An excellent perennial type if left to overwinter, you can expect this ultra hardy variety to start producing as soon as Mother Nature brings on spring each season. Everygreen Hardy is the earliest to harvest and the most cold tolerant of all the bunching varieties. This delicious heirloom was originated in Japan and dates back to the 1880's. The sweet mild flavor is a favorite for stir-fries, salad mixes, fried rice, soups, sauteed or as a topping garnish. 65 days. Packet: approx 250 seeds.
