Details

Excelsior Foxglove is a high performance hybrid that produces stately 48" inch tall spikes of pendulous, bell-shaped blossoms in a delightful array of pastel colors including pink, lavender, buttercream yellow and white. The flower blossom umbels completely surround the sires and the throats showcase maroon or purple dappled spotting. Ideal for creating architectural vertical height in garden spaces, Excelsior paints a vivid backdrop along fence lines, between color beds or when adding colorful interest to a woodland garden. This variety is an excellent cut flower and a staple in cottage cutting gardens thriving in shade to mostly sunny locations. A super attractant for joyful pollinators like butterflies, hummingbirds and bumble bees, this variety will self-sow freely and return next season willingly. Deer resistant and hardy to zone 4. Packet: 100 seeds.
