Gloriosa Double Daisy is part of the Rudbeckia gloriosa or Black Eyed Susan family. This sister features enchanting large, 5" to 6" inch golden double blooms. Blooms have a rather shaggy appearance with handsome deep mahogany center cones and stand on long sturdy stems. Well-formed 36" to 48" inch plants produce a high percentage of fully double flowers, with around 5 to 10% being single or double petal flowers. This first season flowering beauty is a fantastic cut flower!
Gloriosa is considered a tender perennial in zones 9 - 10 and a winter hardy to zone 4. It is an excellent crop to overwinter for hassle-free, prolific production the following season. This seed produces the classic 'Gloriosa Double' variety. Packet: 50 seeds.
