Green Sprouting Calabrese Broccoli is an old world Italian heirloom variety that produces large robust beautiful blue green crowns with a signature sweet flavor. A culinary favorite, Calabrese Broccoli is the most popular variety to be served fresh on salads or vegetable platters. This variety is excellent in areas with a short growing season with temperate, cool nights. Harvest the center crown early for best side shoot production. The mature plants that stand 30" to 36" inches tall and produce yields 60 to 90 days after transplanting. Packet: 300 seeds.
