Minnesota Midget Cantaloupe is as delicious as it is adorable - this delightful little personal sized melon is full of juicy, sweet flavor all the way to the the rind! Developed in 1948 by the University of Minnesota, this heirloom variety features a dainty 4" to 6" inch round melon with dense netting on a compact vine of 3 to 4 feet. Perfect for the small garden patch or patio container garden and ideal for those with a shorter growing season. This melon is heat loving and tolerant of almost all soil types. Tried and true, fresh market producers can add a bit of whimsy to their offerings with this all time favorite. Plants are Fusarium wilt resistant. 70 days. Packet: 50 seeds.
