Orach
Orach, also known as mountain spinach, is a colorful addition to any vegetable garden. In addition to being grown as an edible, orach is commonly used as a seasonal landscape planting for its brilliant, color saturated leaves in bright golden, vibrant fuchsia and magenta. Orach is a simple crop to grow from seed and leaves can be harvested as tender baby leaf and mixed into salad greens or as mature plants.
