Peas

Peas are a staple crop in every garden. Select from the best varieties of pea seeds in the three main varieties that we offer. Snow or Sugar peas produce a mild, sweet flavored, tender pea pod that is eaten whole, either raw or cooked, in its underdeveloped stage. Garden or English peas are grown to 'shell' and harvest the peas from within the pod, which is hard and not edible. Snap peas are similar to a snap bean and are eaten by breaking the ends off the pod, then consuming the pod and pea together.
