Verbascum Southern Charm is one of the most charming mixes of beautifully muted cottage garden colors! This first year flowering perennial features captivating 24" to 36" inch tall straight spires that are encircled by petite 1" circular floret blossoms with purple stamens. These mature and open from the bottom to the top of each spike. Expect a beautiful display of early to late spring blooms and then the plants will die back during the high heat of summer. You will be double-enchanted when they return again for another encore flush in fall before they are taken by the first autumn frost.
